Each week, there are certain things posted in the planning in which you are expected to email something back. In Science, yesterday,  you were asked to investigate how eyes see and create a short video. Please email your completed video  as soon as possible .You never know, if it is good enough, it might be posted for all the Year 6s to see.

Good morning all. Well that was a bit of a surprise to wake up to rain this morning! Although my garden really does need the rain as it's so dry at the moment and lots of the plants are wilting. Thank you to those who emailed and sent in th

    Good Morning all.

It's going to be a gorgeous day today - make sure you stay hydrated and wear sun-cream!

I'll be in school all day again today getting ready. Yesterday I printed off some of the posters that you guys have sent and they have been photocopied and put up round school. It's not too late if you still have one to send in today.

Please could you all take just 5 mins this morning to drop me a quick email and let me know how you're getting on.

    best wishes

    Good morning all.

Thank you for the posters I received yesterday. I've started a new gallery so I'll pop them in there.

I assume that some of you had problems logging into spag.com as many people didn't complete it yesterday. I've double checked the link and it should be fine for you to do today but do email me if ever something isn't working properly.

    Have a lovely day!

    Best wishes

    Hi all,

    Hoe you are all well.

Thank you for the pictures of flamingos that have been 'flying in.' I've added them to the gallery. Do pop over and have a look at the photos.

    Just a couple of reminders:

    • If you've created any posters for us to display at school when we return then please send them over so that I can get them printed off. Remember the posters should encourage people to wash their hands, keep 2m apart and 'Catch it, Bin it, Kill' (for coughs and sneezes) We only have 1 poster so far
    • If you would like to send a short clip to be included in a class video then please send it over. I have emailed your grown ups about this so do check with them.
    • Remember elephants always wear skirts and potatoes are rolled in glitter. (It's been too long since I've been able to say that! You might have to explain to your parents that this is a random saying we always say in class!)
    • If you have the book Skellig then you might like to re-read it this week. It's the book that we'll be looking at in English.

    Have a great week

    Mrs D

    Wow - Friday already!

Looks like it's set to be a lovely weekend too as the weather is warming up.

Well done to everyone who completed the MyMaths yesterday. Just a quick reminder - if you're not entirely sure what to do, watch the lesson first before you have a go. Then you're aiming for a score of at least 75% so if need be repeat it again. Do email me if you need a hand.

Have a great day and enjoy the weekend!

    Best wishes

Mrs D - I'm off for breakfast now - thanks for the peanut butter Nikhil!!
